What You’ll Do

  • As an Account Executive at HealthServe, you will be crucial in driving revenue growth by identifying, qualifying, and closing new business opportunities with healthcare providers looking for billing services.

  • Leveraging your 2-3 years of closing experience, you will be responsible for executing high-velocity transactional sales while utilizing collaborative closing techniques that align with our customer’s expectations and business culture.

  • Identify and qualify new business opportunities from inbound channels and proactive prospecting efforts.

  • Utilize collaborative closing techniques that align with our expectations and business culture

  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in CRM.

  • Continuously analyze sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless onboarding and delivery of solutions to clients.

COMPENSATION:

As an emerging startup company, we are only able to offer a commission-only model with 75% of first month closed-deal revenue from new customers (monthly renewals not included). This opportunity is ideal for ambitious, results-driven sales professionals. This is uncapped.

Who You are

  • We seek a detail-oriented, data-driven individual relentlessly focused on improving their process, efficiency, and effectiveness

  • 2-3 years of experience in a closing role, preferably in high-velocity transactional selling from a start-up or market disruptor

  • A proven track record of exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth

  • Strong qualification skills, with the ability to identify and prioritize high-potential opportunities

  • Detail-oriented with a data-driven approach to selling and evaluating your effectiveness

  • Obsessed with improving processes, efficiency, and effectiveness through data

  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills

  • Grit, resilience, and a results-oriented mindset

  • Coachable attitude with a willingness to learn and adapt

  • Ability to thrive in a fully remote work environment
